Take a snapshot that includes a big advertisement or signboard. Open the image, add a layer and make a rectangular selection with the same width as the signboard by using the "Rectangular Marquee".

Fill in the selection using the "Bucket Tool", then add some "snowy-effects" by lightly dotting the edges with a "white" brush. In order to get the natural look, be careful not to put too much pressure onto the brush.

Using the "Type Tool", type in the text you need, then select the layer effects in "Layer Styles" palette. (in this case - "High" in the "Drop Shadows" list.)

Now we're going to create some shiny ornament balls . Using the "Elliptical Marquee" tool to make a circle selection and fill in with your favourite colour, then add a "Wow Plastic" layer style to get the sphere effect.

Hide the "background" by clicking the "eye-lid" of the original picture in the layer palette. Then merge the visible layers all together. Now you will have one single layer on top of the original image.

At this stage, we are going to make the top layer fit into the signboard. Select the "Distort" command from the "Transform" menu. Adjust the layer by dragging the corners so it fits the original image's signboard.

We will then create the title to make this an invitation card. Add a layer and write your message with the "Brush Tool". Apply your preferred layer effects to the message. (e.g. "Rainbow" in the "Complex" list.)

Finally, add your signature and the card is done !!
